Michael Fettes is the General Manager of MSC Miami Cruise Terminal at PortMiami, the largest cruise terminal in the Western Hemisphere. With more than 20 years in the cruise industry and over 15 years specializing in port and terminal management, he has led terminal operations across six continents. Mike’s expertise focuses on high-volume guest operations, terminal development, commercial strategy and optimization, and driving operational excellence through strong collaboration with cruise lines, port authorities, and government partners.
