• Lead Maritime Asset Strategy department and responsible for the Maritime Asset Strategy Transformation (MAST) program 
• Oversee the fleet wide PMS (Planned Maintenance System) and Training related to support the PMS – 90+ vessels
• Responsible for identifying, leading and realizing benefits on large transformation efforts driving significant cost reduction and savings opportunities across our eight brands working closely with leadership teams across Supply Chain, Finance & Marine Operations.
   

EY Advisory Services: Business Transformation Leader and Supply Chain Specialist (2008-2021)

• Business Management Transformation Leader and Supply Chain Specialist in the Supply Chain Advisory Services practice of EY (formerly Ernst & Young LLP), which is routinely recognized as a leader in the segment by Gartner, Forrester, and Forbes.
• Responsible for identifying, developing, selling, and delivering solutions for improving the strategy and delivery of supply chains to organizations across multiple industries and of various sizes, ranging from small size companies to Fortune 500 clients. The development and delivery these projects have developed in him the skillsets of business and strategy development, project management, design and build end-to-end processes (including gap analysis), roadmapping, change management, and performance management.

 

Motorola Solutions: Multiple Positions Across Finance and Operations (1999 – 2008)

During the 8.5 years working at Motorola, my work contributions spanned six positions within a multitude of departments and sectors with a keen focus on process improvement initiatives across Finance and Operations. Some of the specific key attributes/positions are as follows:

[1] Six Sigma certified (Green Belt)
For three years, performed ~15 Six Sigma project initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources. This work also included international assignments while managing teams from across our offices in US, UK, India, China and Singapore.

[3] System implementations - Led or assisted the implementation of five systems (Oracle – Inventory, General Ledger, Capital Projects and Fixed Assets and Hyperion – HFM).
